What we collect. Name, email, delivery and billing address, phone number if you give it, and order details. Payment card details go directly to our payment provider — we never see or store them. We also collect basic technical data such as IP address and pages visited.

Why. To take payment, make and deliver your order, handle returns and enquiries, and meet our legal obligations. With your consent, to send you email about new pieces — you can unsubscribe at any time from any email.

Who we share it with. Shopify, who run this store; our payment providers; and our production partners Tapstitch and Printify, who receive the name and address needed to make and ship your order. Some of these operate outside the UK; where they do, transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards.

How long. Order records for 7 years, to meet HMRC requirements. Marketing contacts until you unsubscribe.

Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct or delete it, object to how we use it, or withdraw consent. Email earthjacket@outlook.com. If you're unhappy with our response you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
