Shipping

Everything is made to order. Production takes 2–7 working days before your parcel ships, and delivery time is on top of that.

United Kingdom — 3–7 working days after production. Europe — 7–14 working days after production. Rest of world — 10–20 working days after production.

Shipping is calculated at checkout and shown before you pay.

You'll get a confirmation email when you order and a tracking link when it ships. Tracking can take 24–48 hours to start updating.

Orders with more than one item may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days, as pieces are made in different places.

Outside the UK, customs duties and import taxes are not included and are the recipient's responsibility. We can't predict these — your local customs office can.
