Terms

This site is operated by earthjacket. By using it or placing an order you agree to these terms.

Orders. Your order is an offer to buy. A contract exists only when we send you a dispatch confirmation. We may decline an order — if we do, we'll refund you in full and tell you why.

Pricing. Prices are in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. Shipping is added at checkout. If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we'll contact you before proceeding rather than fulfilling or cancelling silently.

Products. Everything is made to order. Colours vary between screens, and small differences in print placement, garment dye and fabric occur naturally in production. These aren't faults.

Artwork. All artwork on these products is by susannah cotton and is used by earthjacket with permission. It may not be reproduced without permission.

Liability. We don't limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or anything else that can't be excluded by law. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order.

Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
